I am a passionate mountain biker with twenty plus years of cycling and five years of mountain bike specific
maintenance. Looking for an opportunity to combine my biking expertise with my experience in customer
service.

Maintains customer satisfaction, clarifies complicated policies and diffuses escalated
patrons. Manages long-term issues with mulitple guests simultaneously.

In charge of the dining experience at Knolls. Ensured the comfort, and satisfaction of the patrons in the restaurant in order to provide an everlasting experience.

In charge of risk management and maintaining safety at the rockwall through teaching
safe practices. Leader of multi-day adventure trips and responsible for navigating a
group of students through the back country and teaching them survival skills.
