Assist all customers with pricing, availability, credit request, AER website walk-through, and technical support. Processes advanced reman exchanges for all warranty, non-warranty, and outright purchases where no core is available such as vehicle upgrades, crash, fire, theft, or physical damage. Also, responsible for market development, and prospecting existing, and new customers for AER on the automotive independent service center (non-dealers) division. Conducts business through a call center environment, and also visits customers on site to take care of any issues, or customer concerns.

Performs duties within inside sales, procurement and engineering, as well as conducts customer service, for distributor of industrial supplies such as conveyor belting, AC/DC motors, speed reducers, bearings, brakes, clutches, chains and rotating unions. Responsible for answering between 50-60 calls daily from customers regarding order entry, request for quotes, accounts receivable, and other customer service issues. Manages company’s top 10 exclusive accounts and conducting all procurement and centralized buying for those clients. In charge of all consignment billing, transfers and inventory control for company clients. Significant experience negotiating with vendors to ensure company profitability. Assists with engineering and specification of client orders.
