My responsibilities included assisting the CPA with various office duties, such as answering phones, managing the appointment calendar, filing, computer data entry, and tax return processing. In more detail, I assisted in preparing federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations. I also assisted with the preparation of tax accruals and the reconciliation of tax return balance sheets. My accountant duties consisted of preparing accounting for clients undergoing legal action to be presented in the court of law. I also performed bookkeeping for the firm, which included bank reconciliations, billing, and invoicing. I was also responsible for maintaining the books of a mid-size automobile company, trust client, and local church group. During my time there, I have achieved advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, tax work, and court accounting.

My responsibilities included greeting, seating, phone orders, to-go orders, customer service, and occasional waitress duties. During me time there, I championed communication skills, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. I became comfortable with working with various levels of individuals to achieve objectives.
