Managed the day-to-day operations of an authorized service provider for the repair of end-user electronics, including monitors, computers, projectors, tablets, LCD TVs, and E Posters for ViewSonic. Allocate returns of hardware to our facility and supervise work performed by trained technicians. Maintain and update multiple database files to help forecast shortages on critical parts. • Order parts and releasing Purchase Orders on a daily basis. • Supervise logging and categorizing of parts to be stored at our facility. Set up classified zones to properly allocate parts • Update receipts of which parts need to be replenished and which parts are in transit. • Responsible for managing over 2,000 SKUs in inventory at our facility. Cross-referencing back orders through Oracle and our database on a daily basis to determine which Purchase orders are still needed. • Liaison with suppliers in China to help push crucial parts for shipping. • Oversee transfer of shipments back to ViewSonic.

Directed incoming and outbound transfers for all end user returns from Costco/Sam’s Club. These items were to be distributed and repaired by our authorized service providers (ASP) to be made like brand-new, but sold as refurbished Vizio products. • Responsible for maintaining a master Excel file showing all inbound and outbound unit transfers from all ASP's and our Receiving and Distribution Center. • Maintained close contact with main suppliers on a daily basis to resolve and track all shipments and shipping issues in a timely manner. • Prepared packing lists for all unit transfers. • Provided SAP for Logistic services, processing purchase and sales orders for Vizio LCD TVs.
