Providing them with and maintaining motocross boots, gear and protection. -Present detailed reports to R&D department and CEO after each race; Highlighting riders, products and accomplishments. -In those reports listing what products they have raced in, the feedback they have, any potential improvements they would like to see or failures that have occurred. -Working with home offices in Italy to develop solutions to rider concerns over improvements or failures. -Servicing, making repairs and troubleshooting in time crucial situations between practice and race time. -Keeping inventory in the racing services department warehouse by placing orders with the home offices in Italy. -Keeping athletes branded with casual wear.
