19 (25 Years) Managing incoming work from account managers for multiple projects, tracking the progress of thousands of square feet of signage to ensure timely delivery of client expectations. Delegating layout to technicians, using collaborative proofing systems and overseeing final production, including coordinating outsourced projects. Contributing to pre-event and post-event meetings, working with Operations Management, Account Managers, Logistics, Show Foremen, and Corporate Graphics Supervisors. Creating cohesive branded show-looks from as little as nothing, resulting in all aspects of tradeshow graphics, including small easel-backs, schedule boards, sponsor boards, directional signage, registration, entrance and info structures, large and small banners, wall-clings, floor clings, every conceivable type of graphic display! Attention to many details has been my bread and butter for over 25 years. Creating custom exhibitor and sponsor displays from simple 10'x10' booths to custom exhibits and murals. Pre-flighting for the best possible result at any size, format, or process. Color Correcting graphics to match PMS defined colors or printed samples. Printing graphic runs with minimal waste, correct color, quantity and sizes. Finishing on a wide variety of substrates, maintaining print quality under tight deadlines. Ordering and tracking supplies to provide the correct quantity for upcoming events. Outsourcing projects beyond the scope of our team, and managing those projects to ensure timely delivery and expected quality. Installing graphics onsite from simple vinyl appliques to custom booth displays. Training new personnel in layout, printing, finishing, and management responsibilities. Adhering to corporate guidelines while maintaining a positive Union environment. Enjoying what I do on a daily basis!
