•	AP invoice entry, along with processing weekly check runs and filing
•	Running and preparing commission reports and checks
•	Preparing and processing payroll using Paychex bi-weekly for over 75 employees
•	Providing support in a quick month end close, including bank reconciliations
•	Controlling petty cash and company credit card transactions

•	Entering and coding AP invoices to the correct GL
•	Creating and updating sales and inventory reports
•	Maintaining accurate inventory
•	Creating invoices and processing AR payments
•	Maintaining an efficient filing system

Data Entry Specialist/Accounting Assistant

•	Responsible for various time sensitive projects including mail outs and Board packages for Homeowner Association members
•	Creation and distribution of work orders and violation letters 
•	Analyzing quotes and comparing rates for facilities maintenance to enhance the quality and safety of properties
•	Transcribe Board Meeting recordings

•	Entering and mailing vendor bills and payments
•	Maintaining office supplies and ordering for over 50 employees
•	Attaining credit card receipts and reconciling monthly statements
•	Maintaining an efficient filing system
