· Lead communication with vendors, photo studios, editors, copywriters, and designers to ensure all products are uploaded and merchandised on the website to meet seasonal deadlines and marketing campaigns · Procuring, proof reading, writing support and uploading of web copy · Requesting, organization, quality, on time delivery and brand assurance and uploading of all website imagery, procured from vendors, photographers and editors · Coordination and execution of connected digital promotions and marketing campaigns through the website, including merchandising across all pages and collections, promotions, sales/markdowns, etc. · Coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns aligned with marketing calendar · Upload and schedule content on Shop Caravan West as needed against marketing calendar · Coordination of product inventory, delivery and execution for all product shoots, running errands related to events / studio work as needed to support marketing initiatives · Support Ecomm and Marketing needs as directed and other duties as assigned
