-Design 2 collections per year -Manage patternmakers, seamstresses, interns and external factories -Design and create lookbook presentation, marketing materials and market booths -Source fabrics and trims, build techpacks, create patterns, sew 1st samples in-house -Build and manage e-commerce website and manage social media, costing and sales

-Design debut lingerie collection from initial concept to production -Communicate and manage factory sampling on a daily basis to ensure quality products -Source fabrics & trims for debut collection -Establish an organized system for future developments and orders; including techpacks, templates & linesheets

-Create cads, techpacks and merchandising linesheets -Assist in design development from trend to production -Attend & assist in design fittings to ensure all notes/revisions were communicated to the factory -Communicate with domestic & internal factories -Create marketing decks, seasonal market analysis and trend research for new business venture
