•Development of a new brand, Dunn's Paints, which garnered the company's first-ever national distribution through Walmart and recently earned
placement in 291 Lowe's stores, the first time Dunn-Edwards brands have been sold in big box home improvement stores.
•From scratch, created Dunn-Edwards DURA, a direct-to-consumer sub-brand and retail experience (launch June 2022).
•Color Marketing platforms, messaging, and content design to support industry credibility and media strategies.

Developed first-ever consumer strategy with goals of growing the brand nationally through new retail partners and distribution models, from big
box to dealer to direct to consumer.
•Through primary research & insights, created a disruptive business model to serve contractors without physical stores via breakthrough
technology which reduced dependencies on labor and fixed assets while allowing growth.
•Prior to the supply-chain shortage, launched the company's first-ever consumer-facing eCommerce pilot that outperformed first-year sales
projections by 147% and paced ahead of standard retail stores with the same launch date.
•Spearheaded all new business development efforts and pitches including mass merchandisers, hardware dealers, online marketplaces, and big-box retail, focusing on winning through marketing.
