ROLES: • Making new developments and R&D trails for new washes. • Making plan for DRY & WET processing. • Finalizing recipes for production in cost effective way. • Proper Utilization Resources and Controlling of manpower. • Providing training to workers for safe handling of machines and chemicals. • Creating awareness to workers about less water consumption in wet process. • Working towards Low liquor applications like E-flow and less M:R in wet process for sustainable Washes. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE: • Dealing with leading customers in Europe & US (H&M, Levis, Tommy hilfiger, Wrangler, Lee, GAP, ZARA, Pepe, Silver Jeans, CK jeans, ONLY, Big star, etc ) • Work with designer / Tech team from fabric selection stage, to decide the wash and make range of product, which expose the fabric character and collection with new creative ideas & sustainable products. • Collection concepts oriented like raw denim to Vintage denim, Zero water wash, Classic washes, Tie & Dye, Acid wash, specialty washes like wave dyeing and towel bleach washes, Sustainable washes using laser, 3D, Ozone. • Worked with world leading chemical manufacturers for denim like Garmon, Respa, Near Chemical, Dystar, Huntsman. Asutex etc. PARTICIPATION & ACHIEVEMENTS: • Received BEST OUTGOING STUDENT AWARD of 2012 - 2015 Batch DTT in PSG Polytechnic College, Coimbatore. • Received BEST FINAL YEAR PROJECT AWARDS in Both Diploma & B.Tech for using sustainable and innovative Ideas. • Participated in Inter and Intra college level paper presentation events, Conferences and won many prizes. • Active member in all leading clubs like NSS, YRC, ISTE. • Worked on laser technology and effectively eliminated sand blasting on all possible areas. • Making waterless or less water jean. • Reduced Reworks and Rejections.
