Assist in the growth of a new office for a tech startup. I was one of the first employees in the tech support department which opened an office in Salt Lake City in June 2016.

Provided support for clients and employees by efficiently responding to all inquiries and processing financial transactions and sourcing and sending out marketing materials primarily through phone contact. Strengthen client and advisor relationships through excellent professional conduct, and in depth product knowledge- including providing insights on the company’s 120+ mutual fund offerings.

Scheduled weekly clinic appointments for graduate students in the College of Dentistry. Updated and maintained a master database to keep track of 200+ clinic appointments and procedures for all students, eliminating the need to utilize multiple databases, effectively reducing scheduling errors, resulting in increased patient service levels. Worked with a team of associates to supervised and mentor students to ensure they were progressing efficiently towards graduation requirements. Analyzed billing codes to ensure proper billing was reported to respective insurance carriers.

Facilitated community wellness events including charity bike rides, cycling and triathlon races, and free bike maintenance clinics to promote brand awareness. Received and reconciled bimonthly product shipments, assisting management staff with inventory tracking to ensure future orders reflected projected sales trends. Operated point of sales software to perform retail sales transactions.

*This was an unpaid elected position. Recruited, hired, and organized a team of volunteers to run the triathlon. Coordinated a local and online marketing campaign with vendors such as cycling, and running shops, racing websites, school, grocers, and Whole Foods to increase the reach of the event. Negotiated with local businesses for event sponsorship. Created spreadsheets in order to track race results in real time, and trained volunteers to successfully operate them.
