-Manage a team of 3 customer service representatives; ensuring they are delivering and maintaining 5 star customer service -Support a team of 4 sales representatives by assisting in processing complex orders and by aiding in difficult customer service situations -Monitor in-stock inventory to avoid discrepancies and offer comparable products that are no longer available for purchase -Manage and supervise 30-40 processed orders pending fulfillment to ensure we are able to meet the guaranteed shipping deadline -Assist HR with applicant interviews for both Sales and Customer Service and train all new hires on company policies, accurate order processing, fraud prevention, and effective customer communication -Supervise and train all managers and department heads to ensure every customer interaction is 5 star
