? Prepare annual performance plan and forecasts for 14 departments and 12 branches ? Plan and distribute expense budget for controlled expense accounts ? Analyze monthly financial performance and provide monthly/quarterly forecast ? Maintain and provide financial reports and back up financial data ? Prepare Weekly/Monthly Business Report for senior management ? Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare reports for CEO ? Conduct root-cause-analysis for any abnormal financial trends ? Identify and recommend actionable items for senior management

? Manage daily general expenses and non-operating revenue/expense and post to the GL ? Perform weekly bank reconciliation ? Prepare weekly AR /AP aging reports and projected cash flow report ? Perform month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports(P&L, B/S, AR aging) ? Prepare and review annual asset report ? Perform year-end closing and review annual P&L with plan and prior years ? Support annual audit and follow up with audit firm

? Record daily debits and credits, posting to the GL and customers’ accounts ? Audit daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and payments. ? Responsible for loan application preparation.

? Manage A/R, A/P, and prepare Payroll. ? Perform weekly bank reconciliation, billing and remote check deposits. ? Support accountant for the year-end tax preparation.
