-Fulfill all Triton Athletic Fund (TAF) Membership benefits and part of a team that implemented new ways to increase young alumni (’10-’14) giving habits. -Strategize and execute department, alumni, donor, and team-related special events ranging from 20-150 participants by communicating with multiple on-campus departments, sponsor partners and vendors. -Spearhead the Honorary Coach Program which enhances campus, community and donor outreach efforts by inviting university, community and donor constituents from all levels to experience student-athletes' competition from a first-person perspective. -Coordinate the student-athlete Leadership Program, which provides student-athletes with an opportunity to build leadership skills that are proven to enhance team chemistry and be valuable to student-athletes on and off the playing field. -Monitor, log and encourage campus and community outreach efforts for student-athletes and athletic department staff. -Preserve and enhance UCSD Athletics' growing constituent database by requesting and updating constituent information frequently.

-Managed quarterly Emerging and Advanced Leadership Workshops for student-athletes. Used marketing techniques to increase the average attendance by over 60%. -Successfully nominated two UCSD Student-Athletes for the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship by managing student-athletes, head coaches, department administrators, university representatives throughout the process. Both student-athletes were awarded $7,500 towards their graduate studies for their outstanding academic and athletic performances. -Drafted and submitted Department nomination for the 2013 Division II Award of Excellence. Awarded $500 for Row for the Cure event that generated over $15,000 for local and national breast cancer research. -Updated Policies & Procedures documents and assisted in the creation of a new a Staff Code of Conduct. -Interfaced with multiple members of the athletics coaching staff, athletics business office staff, and a number of campus departments to complete projects.

-Assisted with game-day and run-of-show operations for all Division I sports. -Executed in-stadium promotions in a timely and efficient manner to add value and entertainment to fans compromising quality production of the athletic event. -Interacted with fans throughout the game in order to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall Long Beach State game-day experience.

-Volunteered at the New York Knicks last home game of the season delivering stat sheets to sports writers and reporters, also recorded coaches post game conference for further publishing. I was able to receive my first experience with a professional team, and I was very inspired by this opportunity. Personal Relations is now a field that I am looking to possibly pursue and learn more about with an internship opportunity.

-Budgeted, fundraised, advertised and produced entire “SpringComing” event that set a record attendance of over 2,000 at a Men’s Lacrosse game. -Coordinated and budgeted Colgate’s first ever Freshman Frenzy event which generated over 300 new ‘Likes’ on the department’s Facebook page and added over 50 members to the Rowdy Raiders fan club. -Collaborated with Colgate’s Junior Raiders Club and created community oriented events at athletic events for children to attend and participate in.
