-Managed quarterly Emerging and Advanced Leadership Workshops for student-athletes. Used marketing techniques to increase the average attendance by over 60%.
-Successfully nominated two UCSD Student-Athletes for the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship by managing student-athletes, head coaches, department administrators, university representatives throughout the process. Both student-athletes were awarded $7,500 towards their graduate studies for their outstanding academic and athletic performances.
-Drafted and submitted Department nomination for the 2013 Division II Award of Excellence. Awarded $500 for Row for the Cure event that generated over $15,000 for local and national breast cancer research.
-Updated Policies & Procedures documents and assisted in the creation of a new a Staff Code of Conduct.

-Budgeted, fundraised, advertised and produced entire “SpringComing” event that set a record attendance of over 2,000 at a Men’s Lacrosse game.
