Team Co Development is a network of Management Experts and Business Coaches which provide a wide range of services such as consulting, training and coaching programs. In Team Co, I was in charge of the sales for the new corporate accounts. My interlocutors were mainly CEOs or HR Directors which I reached after cold calls or seminars' presentations. As a sales effectiveness expert, I performed training for our customers' sales teams and helped them to design more effective sales processes. I also rebuilt all the Team Co marketing tool box (Powerpoint presentations, Website contents, Prospects database) and promote the use of new softwares (Nimble, Survey Monkey) Example of businesses I worked with : semiconductors, local government, on-line retail, machine tool, interior design.

Moto Expert is a franchised network of stores in the sector of the motorcycle industry which provides riders equipment, bikes spare parts, maintenance services and a show-room of pre-owned motorcycles (30 points of sales in France and Europe nowadays) I took the Grenoble area licence to develop a store where I worked with 6 employees (clercks, cashiers, mechanics). I was there to sell products and services with the team but also to manage it. As a owner I shared my time between finances, budgets, purchases and marketing events organisation. For 5 years we reached the best revenue of the comparable stores into our network (500m2) and the annual sales were close to 1 M€.

Umanis is an Information Technology company (1.700 employees) with a strong focus on Business Intelligence and Web development After a first mission as Account manager in Lyon, I started a new branch in the Grenoble area. As a Branch Manager, I was responsible to increase the sales with our local corporate accounts or to start new businesses. I also managed on a day to day basis a team of 15 technical experts, developers or business consultants with a direct report to the Umanis General Manager. Our annual sales reached 1.6 M€ and a net profit of 7%.

Capgemini is a major company of professional services in the Business Consulting and the Information Technology sectors (about 140.000 employees over 40 countries) As a B2B Account Manager, I was responsible to increase the sales targeting businesses such as Retail, Consumer Package Goods, Services industries or Public Sector. To do so, I needed to build and manage sales teams along complex decision making processes, lots of interlocutors and often outside partners. For my last year of contract in 2000, I generated 5.35 M€ of annual sales

La Grande Motte is a seaside resort where all the main sports centers are operated by the city such as Golf courses, Tennis facility, Beach sports and Water-park. For all this sports centers I was in charge of marketing and sales development.
