Managed strategy and execution of social media campaigns with high visibility with corporate partners. Became familiar with using and integrating multiple media tools, including Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pintrest, and Vine. Created and wrote relevant and current content for Gillette’s interactive media channels. Worked closely with Gillette’s PR firm to assist with scheduling meetings and delivering images, copy, and samples to the appropriate contact. Created and maintained the Red Wing Waterpark Facebook page. Ensured safety of about 30,000 attendees per season (trained in CPR, First Aid, & Life Saving Skills). Provided swimming lessons in a secure manner for about 160 students per year age 4 and up.

Assisted consumers and dealers with orders, warranty inquiries, questions, and concerns regarding Red Wing Shoes, including the Irish Setter, Vasque, and Heritage lines. Completed paperwork and entered data for online sales and returns. Alerted Red Wing Shoe team of customer concerns and brainstormed opportunities for improvement.

Edited and wrote newsletters, brochures, and donation forms. Helped organize fundraising events including Fam Glam, a major annual fundraising gala. Organized and filed donations and contributions made to the Ronald McDonald House.

Updated training materials with current information and photographs. Edited and wrote safety segments/articles. Coordinated and assisted during video and photo shoots. Worked directly with product managers to create communication for posters, newsletters, and press releases for new products. Assembled and organized both the United States and Canada price book.
