Paige Lieberman: CATEGORY MANAGER- CONSUMABLES

-Responsible for hitting key financial targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly basis -Report on fiscal week performance and reporting to business every Monday -Manage vendor relations within the department and help find opportunities within their businesses to grow YoY potential -Manage promotional calendar & seasonal roll outs -Work within private label to launch with best experience for consumers -Garner Competitive Research & Market Share Data to ensure we are filling any holes in the assortment

-Report to business every Monday morning with highlights & lowlights for our department in our business review meeting -Manage weekly meetings with production to track shipping dates and find solves for any late running product we cannot affect -Manage the flow of communication across all departments with visual linesheets sent on a weekly basis with selling analytics for current seasons, and changes to the line for upcoming seasons -Work with marketing to find holes in sales so we can fill with products we have and move the needle on selling again (Campaigns, emails, and promotional sales are included.)

-Supported Design Handoff by assorting Novelty Core and Fashion lines based on Wholesale needs/Consumer Trends while continuing to evolve the brand -Managed market assets for the wholesale team prior to market week with lookbook & NuOrder linesheet set up -Built analytically backed Competitive Research Reports by building percent penetrations applying to fabrication, fit, and price point to help us further support the women's business -Utilized any existing inventory from past seasons to ensure we are maximizing productivity with sitting products.

-Assisted manager in building linesheets and organization of sku plans -Managed a log of all changes in the line per gender and season so the company can be aligned per Friday send out -Assisted in building out the company calendar and make sure cross functional teams are meeting deadlines accordingly
