Leading sales team in quality customer service, generating sales and educating our community on products carried at the store. Creating marketing strategies combined with community outreach events. Working with local non-profits to help build community events and raise money. Leading group rides and connecting to our customers through bikes.

In this role I develop ways for Trek Bikes Issaquah to be part of the community, find ways to give back and show support to our community.

Ryan Duclos has been documenting his adventures and vision through his photography for nearly 20 years. He’s pushed the limits with thrill-seeking, adrenaline-pumping helicopter rides, found inspiration desert camping under a blanket of stars, and created one-of-a-kind memories capturing the true personalities in the friends, family and clients he works with. Picking up the camera came naturally as a teenager, and soon he learned why. Ryan discovered a lineage of professional photographers; the largest known family of photographers in the world, leaving their mark from 1839 to 1936. He’s developed his craft over the years, focusing on editorial and sports photography. Ryan is now sharing the tradition to his son Oscar, who is becoming a well-skilled photographer at the young age of 5. Ryan is based in Los Angeles, Calif., and is available worldwide.

I worked with Mt. Baker suppling current images of skiers and snowboarders. I was also contracted to photograph events for Mt. Baker. Images were used for season ski passes, brochures, website, and catalogs.

I would cook salmon for up to 250 guests over an open wood fire. I was in charge of ordering fish from the local fisherman, filleting and prepping the fish, splitting the wood for the fire, cooking meals for the employees and of course fending off the bears that would try and kick me off the grill while I was cooking. I worked 7 days a week and 12 hours a day. This lodge was fly in only.

My responsibilities included opening and closing the store, managing employees, meeting and exceeding the projected sales, keeping the store clean and a safe environment, photographing clients, and training new employees.
