Reporting directly into the Supervisor, Gold/Team Accounts, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. The CSR is responsible for sales order management through manual order entry as well as some EDI processing of sales orders. They will also be responsible for continued follow up as well as meeting customer’s demands. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of customer service is met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Data entry of orders/credits/returns made via phone, fax, EDI and e-mail in a courteous, efficient and timely manner. Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes and communicates changes to appropriate personnel/departments. Answer customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution. Examine pertinent information to determine accuracy of customer complaint and to determine responsibility for errors Communicates with sales representatives, buyers, regional managers and distribution center as necessary. Greeted and tended to each customer and took them through our fitting and gait analysis process to get them in the right shoe to avoid/reduce injury and to allow them to run happier and faster. Cash handling, phones, miscellaneous cleaning duties. Inventory, stocked the floor, organized and priced all shoes in the stockroom, placed special orders with the vendors. Delegated and oversaw the staff on the floor and helped train the new staff members as they came on board so that we ran smoothly and uniformly. Was the constant go to for product knowledge.

Front lines, first face that people saw, meet and greet all people who walked in, Answered main line calls at front desk, directed calls to appropriate persons or departments, assisted students and faculty with technical troubleshooting and general inquiries, made copies for the faculty for lectures and tests, logged the attendance, cleaned and straigtened the rooms as needed and re-stocked office supplies in class rooms and conference rooms. Managed the paper orders and toner orders for all the printers and copy machines made sure toner and paper were always good to go. Do a walk through once an hour to insure that all doors and class rooms were secure. Delivered mail to all staff and faculty members.
