I then was a group marketing manager managing a group of customer marketing managers to build their skills and help them lead the marketing strategy and planning processes with their customers. I led the process for the region. I then spent time as the QSR marketing consultant nationally creating the channel strategy and plans as well as innovative program for the channel nationally.
