? Create samples for photo shoots and prepare samples to ship for buyer approval. Organize and maintain all design samples, approved standards, development pieces, and fabric library. ? Order sample fabric and trims. Manage purchase orders and vendor communication throughout ordering process. Work with accounting and customer service to ensure payments were processed and received successfully. ? Send out lab dips and maintain seasonal lab dip binders ? Create and maintain line sheets for each season along with corresponding change log ? Create and send out design developments per designers’ direction ? Update sketches using Adobe Illustrator ? Seek inspiration for upcoming seasons and assist with creation of inspiration and concept boards for presentations ? Participate in fittings, design presentations, proto meetings, salesmen sample meetings, etc.
