Develops customer relations by being a cross-discipline Master Scuba Instructor with charismatic interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Staffed and managed public outreach through a Maui Dreams Dive Co. booth during a monthly community event: Kihei 4th Friday. During these monthly events, I was able to increase customer return to our physical store as well as increase social media engagement through posts, prizes and conversations. Provides personalized and interactive customer service through working in a busy scuba shop through direct interaction and phone conversation with the intent to create a memorable experience for our locals and our visitors! Maintains guest relations through identification of client needs and offering solutions that are tailored (pun intended) individually to increase satisfaction and sales. Handles the intake of money and balanced spreadsheet regarding sales of cash and credit cards at the beginning and end of each shift.

Food Truck in Kihei, Maui. Handles a large volume of transactions during high-foot traffic events. This year we worked during the SOJA concert at the MAC, participated in multiple local weddings and even won 'UBE of the Year' award during the UBE-FEST here on Maui. Assist guests with questions and comments which has led me to develop a knack for remembering names and faces with accuracy to give customized high-touch customer service. Balanced the cash and credit card on Toast before and after each shift to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Kihei, Maui Aided in daily boat charters with a focus on customer comfort and safety. Grew my abilities in Instructing and Teaching to a diverse range of clientele. Developed a local community centered around diving and instruction while maintaining company policies and safety. This included: regular boat maintenance, safety briefings and meetings, and finally developing customer repour through action and collaboration.

Idaho Served as a leader and a liaison between our representatives, crew and clients to ensure proper protocol is being followed, safety measures taken, and content looked professional and amazing. Directed and produced live footage with a diverse team of varying levels of experience. Mainly executed live sports broadcast and produced highlight reels through the use of Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Used live camera operations, handheld and NewTek Tri-caster panels to direct livestreams.

Aided in research, organization and communication of specific topical information related to a plethora of subjects for students pursuing different degrees and interests. Maintained the Guest Services desk to assist anyone with questions and further research. Organized, planned, and executed projects meant to inform the public about our services and develop communal relationships between staff and patrons.
