- Product lead of browse pages and features across brands, devices, categories, and other page types. This included filters, product cards, grids, page performance, and the cross-functional testing agenda. Additional scope included product-class nuance, pricing, and sale flag logic consistency. - Divided the space into three major customer problems/workstreams, selected achievements below - Narrow (to a manageable selection): In one test to help make filters easier for customers to understand, we added images to technical industry terms. The result was a 2.81% conversion rate increase on desktop. - Platform: React conversion and componentization. Performance surge that reduced total page load time by 10% and above the fold rendering time by 28%. - Accomplished this with a team of 2 direct reports, 12 engineers, 3 product designers, 3 data analysts, 2 QA analysts, and a large, complex group of stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
