Plan and implement large running 5k events (5,000 people) in multiple cities across the U.S.. Lead and manage 300- 400 members of my staff to execute both front and back of race to provide amazing experiences to our customers. Mentoring other Event Directors in best practices and problem solving while obtaining necessary permits, securing vendors, contractors and creating and maintaining budgets. Finally reviewing current processes to identify improvements to enhance processes and experiences for runners while feeding learnings forward to make each event experience innovative and new.
