I worked for Guess starting out as a Co-Manager, moving up to a Store Manager position for 3 years and then moving into my desired position of a Visual Merchandising co-Manager for 6 years. I handled all store Visuals including floorsets, markdowns, transfers, stock management, weekly/daily visual updates, weekly window displays, sell through reports, etc. I also handled all manager duties of running the store also. Including managing a staff of up to 30 associates.
