• Direct focal to customer (Airbus) • Manage and oversee all activities between multiple Business Segments within Zodiac Aerospace located in Huntington Beach, CA and Plzen, Czech Republic • Manage, Monitor, and Report all key performance factors (schedule, cost, risk, quality, financials) for individual business units and hold bi-weekly Executive program reviews with respective Business Unit CEOs • Manage $6M non-recurring budget for 15 month development program which will lead to a $8M per month sales forecast within one year of first delivery (program life expectancy 20 years)

• Direct focal to customer (Bombardier) • Develop, maintain, and predict fiscal year budget as well as 5-year Direct Sales and EBITA plan • Responsibilities include managing internal Interior development as well as all system suppliers providing aircraft Insulation, Water & Waste, and Crew Oxygen • Collaborate with Project Engineer to evaluate engineering teams and assign new responsibilities as program develops • Create, manage, and maintain program KPIs to provide Executive Management visibility of program status and completion of each program gate phase

• Collaborate with program management to create unique and innovative cabin interiors for Bombardier CSeries CS100 and CS300 • Communicate with manufacturing department to decide on proper tooling for parts, which include vacuum form, injection mold, machine part, and thermal form Lower costs with innovative part development and LEAN manufacturing practices
