Responsible for the most profitable auction fundraiser to date. Also responsible for the selection of GreaterGiving auction software to expand CRM capabilities to a mobile/online environment. Orchestrated the online auction this year with live-streamed feeds on Facebook and YouTube. Created and maintained a pivot-table budget for all departments.

Lead Designer creating captivating ads for the San Francisco Examiner newspaper and Real Estate sections. High-volume, high-pressure deadline driven position.

Graphic Designer--Newspaper Lead Ad Designer/Paginator

Provided creative solutions for the Marketing Department. Advertising for various markets for release in trade magazines, newspapers, and online. Other responsibilities included graphic support for web team, designs for corporate reports, corporate monthly newsletters, letterhead, envelopes, corporate brochures (foldouts, perforations, die cuts and direct mail pieces for large run offset projects) and also large-format outdoor graphics. Also responsible for maintaining and orchestrating workforce resources for outsourced projects. Skills used in this role include highly-developed software knowledge, color composition, creating and defining brand identities, color separations, font and image libraries, color theory, in depth knowledge of press checks, Photoshop color correction, composition and resolution to scale drawings. Created Premera's first mobile dynamic and responsive web templates. Safety Committee member for 13 Years.
