• Coach Australian World Cup Freestyle Aerial Ski Team • Manage athlete schedules for acrobatic training, strength programs, and physical therapy programs • Prepare athletes for their Key Performance Indicator goals for the 2014-2015 training and competition season • Communicate and prepare all progress reports for each World Cup athlete back to the OWIA office • Manage and study each of the athletes video footage from all training sessions

• Coach elite development athletes at Regional, National and International competitions • Develop conditioning and acrobatic training programs to ensure athletes are ready for competition • Western development recruiting director – Recruit athletes from acrobatic sports in the western United States and introduce them to the sport of aerial skiing • Arrange travel accommodations for all elite team athletes and coaches • Develop new coaches training programs for FLY freestyle coaches
