My name is Annabelle Aguilar and I am the Shop Manager for The Body Shop at Arden Fair.  I'd like to take this time to introduce myself and express why I feel I would be a great candidate for this position.  Leadership in beauty & luxury goods has always been a passion of mine as I love sharing the knowledge I've gained in my career to help others achieve their goals in the retail/cosmetic  industry.
 
As a shop manager  I’ve utilized my background in recruiting to find top talent in the area.  I’ve developed teams that have outperformed all 200 North America stores in specific KPI categories such as ATV & conversion for years 2021 & 2022 and my team’s results have always been a reflection of my knowledge as a retail leader for the past 25 years and my ability to successfully communicate that knowledge to the team year after year.
 
I've had the opportunity  to represent multiple skin and color brands making me well aware of trends and teaching me the ability to adapt to the ongoing changes or retail.  I've been a market trainer for such brands as Stila and Dr. Brandt and during my role as the Account Training Coordinator for Laura Gellar in 2017-2018 I oversaw a territory of over 24 doors and was able to increase our sales to last year 15% by understanding the importance of training beauty advisors/artists/store leaders to get their buy in and support in order to have continuous success for the brand.  Additionally, I have extensive training on all learning styles which I acquired as a leader with Express, Sephora, and Lucky Brand Jeans and have been fully trained in color energy and its benefits to leading a great team.

-   Maintain visual presentation through store and surrounding stores within the district.
