Created the store Rosewood San Diego from scratch. There has been growth every year to over four million dollars in sales and over twenty thousand social media followers with no advertising. I currently run the website, social media, blog entries and manage a staff of six. My main day to day work consists of doing the buying and spotting trends as well as keeping track of inventory and sales.
