Implemented 4 new markets for Gatorade’s newly established G Force that entailed opening distribution channels, setting pricing, demand planning, and recruiting / onboarding MDA’s. Managed sales and relationships throughout Southern California, Minnesota, Hawaii, Kansas, Nebraska, South & North Dakota. Responsible for working with Cross Functional teams via food service distribution channels, supply chain, ATD dealer network, agency partners, and internal brand teams to drive all brand marketing platforms and sales initiatives. Developed, led, and project managed key marketing projects such as out of high school athlete reach, I Pads, vending, creation of onboarding tools, defining SMDA role responsibilities, as well as managing the creation of all sales/marketing collateral and pos materials. Managed Regional P&L budgets for product and premiums as well as operational costs.
