I am a business and sales specialist who has an extensive background in the human body. As the owner and founder of Elite Workouts I am responsible for all operations, acquisitions of new clientele, and maintenance of current clientele. In addition I am a Physical Training Specialist with a background in health and nutrition, developing successful training programs for a wide variety of clientele, as well as designing and implementing strength training courses for senior citizens and collegiate athletes.
