In charge of all global resort marketing activity with destination ski and beach resorts. Managed global budget and had two direct reports to support marketing campaigns. Created multiple training events to support resorts social and digital media. Worked with events department to activate the brand at large events property's nationally and internationally. Leveraged contracted athletes to create brand excitement at local specialty retail shops. Reported ROI back to executive leadership team monthly with full activation recaps. Lead a group of regional marketing managers to help facilitate the execution of deliverables with resorts partners.
