Responsible for the timely collection of accounts receivables for over 2400 accounts ranging from specialty stores to national chain retailers including Nordstrom, Ross, Dicks Sporting Goods, REI, and Bloomingdales. • Review weekly credit hold report and collaborate with sales team for order releases. • Provide credit support for 48 outside sales representatives and resolve credit issues for assigned accounts. • Process all credit memos, RA's and batch updates to ensure accurate account standing. • Perform risk analysis, customer master maintenance, account reconciliation, and chargeback resolution. • Work with 3PL regarding chargebacks, RA's, refusals, and any shipping errors.
