As a Studio Manager/Production Coordinator for Avazeh International Tv Production since 2010, I have gained a wealth of experience in several areas. Avazeh International Tv production specialises in Dubbing and post production for several International TV channels; National Geography, History Channel, Manoto Tv. The position involves working with a wide range of creative people which requires professionalism and appeals to my naturally approachable personality.  Time restricted situations with high quality outcomes are a daily expectation. I am extremely organised and pride myself in both the quality of my work and my ability to monitor the quality of others work.  Within my position I've been responsible for; coordinating the content delivery, pre-production, Social Media updating, organizing, overseeing the workflow, budgeting, scheduling shows and production, arranging meetings and events, hiring /training new staff, and maintaining continuous communication with both actors , Talents and clients. My role also requires me to be creative and have excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail. As there are often strict deadlines for the production of shows, I demonstrate key organizational and time keeping skills on a daily basis whilst maintaining a professional and calm demeanour.
