Develop and create illustrations and tech packs for new design concepts using hand sketching and Adobe Illustrator detailing concept, materials, and development specifications based on brand design guidelines. • Works with the design leadership to implement brand vision, design language and product direction. • Manage and drive multiple design projects from conceptualization to finished product, adhering to calendar deadlines. • Apply seasonal brand direction, market research, trend insight, and knowledge to interpret business briefs from product team to select materials, and actively create and present new innovative concepts. • Responsible for design process in a collaborative work environment translating briefs and knowledge of market trends into globally relevant, innovative, commercial designs. • Collaborate closely with the product development and PLM teams to design products to meet product briefs. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of the season through Flex PLM system entry, global line sheets, and all communication with merchants, development, and design on SMU’s. • Organize and manage master file and tracking of all global SMU’s and MFO product • Maintain sample process & communication between Sales & Product • Assists in communications regarding drops, adds, line changes, etc., as needed • Collaborate and communicate with Product Development assuring samples are delivered at requested date • Manage and track all sample approvals and communicate with merchants regarding execution, timing and delivery • Collaborate with Development team with organization of warehouse storage, and coordination of samples. • Manage timing of deliverables on a weekly basis communicating with Global Product Development, Product Team, Design, Global Merchants, Costing and MDM team. • Manage PLM data for UGG collaboration, MFO and SMU footwear products.

• Disassembled sneakers for sole swapping, organized material samples, created insoles, prepared customization class materials and setup. • Prepared boxes of luxury materials, shadowed shoemakers, cutters, and footwear designers, learning shoe process from A to Z.
