What am I up to now?  I lead a team that is transforming the retail industry. We are innovating how Asset Protection lives and breathes the culture of the company. This is done by letting go of control, by valuing the goodness of our people and collaboratively work towards amazing business results. I excel in understanding business. I excel in leading, inspiring and connecting with people. I get excited about combining those to deliver an exceptional customer experience that engages that person in a unique and special way. Most importantly I have fun doing it. I have created a way to master the integration of a traditionally black & white, boring topic to many people, into a fun and engaging part of the business. I strive for something that excites people, something that inspires people, something that adds color and context. Things such as parody videos of “COPS” the TV show, or Beastie Boys “sabotage,” for crowds of hundreds of managers at our leadership conference help break down the stereotype that traditionally clouds our industry and demonstrate the cross functional creativity that is just waiting to break out of me.What am I passionate about? Reporting directly to the CFO, manage all aspects of global asset protection (AP). Responsible for an operating budget of $1.9M. Provide leadership and development to a staff of 14.
 
Created and drove global vision for asset protection and loss prevention.

Expanded department to encompass 4 key functions: Global AP, People Safety, Ecommerce Fraud, and Business Continuity Management.

Invited to speak at multiple national industry conferences about lululemon’s approach to asset protection.

Developed executive dashboards and analytics to increase loss awareness and impact visibility.
