I grew up in and around the surf industry and have worked professionally in the same swimwear/sportswear industry for the last 20+ years. I've had the opportunity to fully immerse myself in a successful small business and all of its operations from the ground up.  

Oversee all of the company operations from the ground up.  Increased overall company sales by 13% & 24% for the last 2 years and repeatedly broke & re-set monthly sales records. Aside from the day to day responsibilities from running a small business, A few highlighted responsibilities include, Customer Service Management, full HR Management, Establishing Company Sales Goals, Implementing Sales strategies to help meet & exceed company Sales Goals, Trend forecasting, Design, Product Development, Retail Buying, Data Entry, Inventory control & logistics, Merchandising and Window Display Visual Installations.
