I have learned a lot working at Chilli Beans. Chilli Beans is a big Brazilian brand that sells high-end fashion accessories. Responsibilities include making weekly goals, composing emails, sizing watches, adjusting sunglasses, cleaning and organizing the store, making the shelves aesthetically pleasing, and providing great customer service. I have worked at Chilli Beans for a year and a half and received a plaque from the owner of the company for best sales in March of 2014. I also won a trip to Brazil in March of 2015 for best sales.

Jamba Juice is a fast-paced environment with hundreds of tourists coming in per day. I worked the cash register and was able to speak to customers with various dialects, and provide suggestions and specials to them so that their visit was an enjoyable experience. I am a fast learner and can work under pressure with no stress.

Guess was my first retail experience and was very enjoyable! Duties included helping customers find the perfect clothing items, ringing them up, folding and organizing clothes, and keeping the store visually appealing. At our store, we made sure to have a one-on-one relationship with our customers so that they would feel comfortable and have a pleasant shopping experience.

I learned how to use a cash register and make ice cream in a fast-paced environment. I am friendly and optimistic, which helped me relate to the customers. Many mentioned that they appreciated my great attitude. I am a team player who can work under pressure. With my quick ability to learn, I was making ice cream and assisting with cakes in no time.
