My occupation as an office assistant encompassed a great variation between all of my duties. While it was my responsibility to make sure that specific events for the company were set up properly and ran smoothly, all of the operations that occurred in the office space fell under my assignment at the grass root level. One of the main aspects of my job had been coordinating a weekly catering event for 400+ employees, filling in for the receptionist with customer service, ordering all office supplies, and assisting the Accounts Payable department with administrative tasks and vendor setups.
