Independently managed men’s and women’s import production; denim and RTW.

Managed team of 3 in trim warehouse that housed inventory for domestically made goods.

Managed all aspects of the $5M denim business from design through production.

Managed fabric R&D for men’s and women’s divisions from concept through preproduction. Worked with fabric mills and full package vendors to coordinate piece goods throughout the development and pre-production process.

Managed team of 5 to source, develop and produce men’s sample line. Oversaw pre- production process and worked closely with production team to ensure design and quality intent was realized through to production.

Worked alongside designer Adriano Goldschmied, overseeing and executing product and brand image for Goldsign and assisted with development for Citizens of Humanity women’s, men’s, and knit collection.

Oversaw all aspects of development through production by coordinating small team of design, development and production employees.

Coordinated sample development for a small women’s collection using a full package agent in Hong Kong.
