Top Management

•	Manage and oversee Women's, Men's and Kid's Apparel, Footwear and Accessories. Manage a team of 7 and report directly to GMM.
•	Responsible for implementation of topline strategies with actionable tactics to help increase revenue, improve contribution profit, and expand brand matrix. Top categories for growth in 2022 being Footwear, Men's Watches, Dresses, Denim and Kids Apparel.
•	Key stakeholder in developing both growth and creative marketing processes that ladder back to revenue targets. Also, part of task force
that focuses on curated marketing and merchandising plans to optimize customer segmentation.
•	Responsible for managing a brand catalog of 1200+ brands across all departments. Brands range from opening price to premium
contemporary.

•	Founding member of social commerce tech company; part of first 10 employees and first hire on buying partnerships team.
•	Lead for Women's Fashion - largest volume driving category (70% of business). Helped develop pre-launch strategy and implementation.
•	Manage all Women's Categories including Apparel, Footwear, Handbags, Accessories, Plus and Maternity
•	Built a network of 800+ vendors, 150k+ SKUs in less than three years. Topline revenue for 2019 & 2020 at $25 million. Key Brands
include Vince, Theory, Ganni, Agolde, Re/Done, Staud, Nanushka, Madewell, Levi's, Moussy Vintage, Stand Studio, and Misa.
•	Attended global fashion markets including Copenhagen Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week to build and develop brand relationships and establish company presence. Attended domestic tradeshows Magic/Project, Coterie and Miami Swim Show.
•	Responsible for department site merchandising including Navigation, Page Ranking, Collection Page building, Search Optimization, and asset placements. Developed weekly and monthly reporting recaps.
•	Negotiate high-touch, complex partnerships across multiple business models including wholesale, consignment, dropship, and marketplace. Responsible for full negotiation and on-boarding of all brand partners.
•	Close cross-functional collaboration with key partners in Technology, Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Creative to ensure
business success and scale.
•	Voted USA Today's"Top Online Clothing Store" in 2019; Write-ups in WSJ, Vogue, BoF, and WWD regarding tech innovation in fashion.

Associate Buying Director

Categories delivered $110m in retail sales in 2015. Delivered positive retail sales, unit sales and gross margin dollar comp for fiscal 2015
on a negative inventory comp.
•   Managed monthly OTB of 750k-1m units. Utilized vertical sourcing and design with import manufactures. Also worked with domestic
market vendors for quick turn deliveries.
•   Responsible for buying all Licensed Collections for the company. Notable collections included; NBA, NFL, Pixar, Rolling Stones, Alec
Monopoly, Star Wars, Keith Haring and Justin Bieber.
•   Responsible for managing all aspects of the product life-cycle from Hindsight, Needs List, Product Development, Buying, Cost Negotiation
and Fitting.
•   Managed a team of 3 direct reports. Reported to DMM.

Senior Buyer

•   Categories delivered approximately $50m in retail sales.
•   Developed seasonal assortment for Women's Graphics including both licensed and non-licensed styles. Worked with internal design and sourcing teams for knits and non-licensed graphics. Worked with domestic vendors for licensed graphics.
•   Worked closely with the design team on assorting color and print across multi-sku knit top styles. Also worked with merchants in the Bottoms categories to ensure that colors and prints outfitted well across categories.
•   Worked closely with planning team to manage OTB, maintain GM expectations and manage in-season promotions.

Merchandiser

•	Responsible for buying Knit Tops for the department with annual retail sales of $101m representing 60% of total department sales
•	Worked with internal design team as well as market vendors to develop seasonal assortments. Introduced new silhouettes and tested new
concepts each season
•	Worked closely with sourcing and production to execute product development while maintaining planned profit margin

Associate Buyer

Responsible for buying Top-Flite, Wrangler, and Sweaters for the department with annual sales of $15.3m representing 11% of total
sportswear sales.
•	Developed Price Point strategy within sweaters that drove a +30% seasonal sales comp on flat unit inventory.
•	Worked in conjunction with the buyer on product selection, financial planning and vendor relations.

Assistant Buyer

•	Conducted reporting and summarized business results weekly and seasonally for brand-wide analysis.
•	Worked with the buyer and planner to adjust seasonal plans and execute markdowns.
