Create and manage end-to-end costing model for new innovations, establish reporting and processes across costing functions. • Work closely with relevant innovation teams to ensure reasonable, fact-based and sustainable FOB structure is established and represented accurately. • Proactively represent Costing and work collaboratively with the relevant teams such as Future, ME, BU Costing, LO operation, Processes and Projects, T1 or key T2 in developing costing framework and costing tools/templates for new technologies, to ensure cost optimization by maintaining a fact based and predictable costing environment. • Support the roll out of innovation / technology projects in the LO once transitioned from Headquarter Future/MI/adilab. • Coordinate enhancement of systems and processes as required for new innovations to ensure costing objectives and timely are met. • Coordinates with other regional innovation costing manager, Processes and Projects team to provide consistent and reliable data to support decision-making. • Drives and manages standardization projects within the LO assigned by LOC head. Support LOC head in Communication such as global standardization, policy updates, project roll out. • Creation and maintenance of costing training material and conduct global costing training as requested by LOC head.

To lead OC costing team in negotiating product cost in support of brand product margins requirements • Ensure execution of all standard costing processes within one or more operations centre and lead the OC costing team and the Factory Costing Team in achieving the target FOB goals by active KPI management and timeline/schedule setting. • Build, leads, motivates and develops the respective OC costing team • Drives the cost saving suggestion discussions with the product creation teams including pattern Engineering, Mold Cavity etc. as well as signing responsible for potential Surcharge verifications and approvals. • Verifies and audits production lines in regards to line efficiency, material loss, yield consumption, Product complexity etc. compared to values in cost break downs • Ensures business relationships between adidas and the assigned factory(ies) and suppliers are maintained at the highest level of trust and integrity.

• Lead the product specific negotiation with T1/T2 suppliers for process cost • Support the (Assistant) Costing Manager in collecting relevant data/information for selected products/ranges or categories for projects as well as participating as project member in projects • Execute standard costing processes of defined product ranges or brands such as completing and verifying cost break down sheets and any related information (multiple rounds), tooling amortization tracking and settlement, Minimum Order Quantity Tracking for Materials etc • Responsible for Ledger Claim verification for defined range of products for e.g. order cancellations, dropped models, tooling settlements, development surcharges • Collaborate closely with Development, Materials and other key functions within the LO and respective factories to ensure that products are developed to cost targets • Ensure collaborative partnerships are maintained at highest level to achieve adidas's overall objective
