• For almost 22 years I have had the extraordinary privilege to work for some incredible and inspirational Principals on motor yachts ranging from 68 to 365 feet. • Through vocational education, mentorship and a list of experiences too vast to mention I have been defined and shaped as a person and a professional mariner in this amazing industry. • My extensive experience in this sector includes but is not limited to; yacht maintenance & repair, navigation, boat handling & maneuvering, maritime code compliances, operational management, guest service & hospitality, crew recruitment, crew management & training, budget planning & implementation, accounting, payroll, concierge, logistics, travel & itinerary planning and many other related tasks relative to my position. • My profession has truly allowed me to wear many hats on a daily basis with the primary focus to provide 5-Star levels of service and hospitality to both private and charter guests onboard.

• Worked as a couples’ team on a large Hertfordshire estate for UHNW prinicipal and their large family. • Responsible for maintenance of grounds, main residence, guest annexes, outbuildings, potting shed, swimming pools, tennis courts, cricket field, cars and boat. • Working directly on a daily basis with principal and his wife to maintain all assets in pristine and ready to use condition.

• During this period, I worked through various positions within my parents’ family businesses. Diversity was not lacking as I fulfilled varied roles in a glass and aluminum supply warehouse, multiple restaurants, a vacation rental company and in jewelry stores. • The I time spent working with my parents established the basis of my work ethic and professional ambitions but most importantly sculpted the values of persistence, loyalty and giving 110% commitment to any task.

• Distribution and Warehouse Manager for this company that was the Southern African agency for Rip Curl Wetsuits, Dr. Zogs Sex Wax, Clark Foam and various other surf brands. • Deeply involved with all facets of retail operations, wetsuit manufacturing, product warehousing and distribution logistics.
