I am a manager in PricewaterhouseCooper’s (PwC) audit practice and have been with PwC for just over five years now.  I am an active CPA and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with both my undergraduate (2014) and my master’s in financial accounting (2015). 

My background is in audit and accounting for various retail/consumer product and manufacturing companies in the private sector. I have a robust understanding of accounting/finance and the related controls that enable a company to perform its monthly and year-end financial close processes.


•	Audited financial statements in various industries in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. GAAS, AICPA, IFRS)
•	Develop and maintain professional relationships with key client personnel.
•	Add value to clients by identifying and communicating process improvements and opportunities for other services.

• Conduct and supervise all aspects of financial statement audit including budget
creation and monitoring, planning, substantive testing, and reporting.
• Primary contact for cross functional teams including accounting, advisory, due
diligence, risk assurance, tax, and international personnel.

Planned and executed substantive testing over balance sheet and income statement
accounts.
• Performed audit services over complex issues including business combinations, debt
restructuring, going concern, impairment, multiple element revenue, and system
migrations.
• Functioned as acting Senior Associate for multiple engagements, resulting in increased margins and realization across client portfolio.
