For the past 14 years I have been in a sales manager position in surgical sales with soft goods.  During that time I have owned 2 other separate successful businesses, one in the restaurant sector and the other in the SUP business.  I consider myself a entrepreneur with how I approach sales and my business structures.  I am looking at transitioning my career into the action sports side due to economy and the love for sports.

Duties include:  Develop targets and sales plan for the western united states.  Implement new account sales, inventory management, case coverage, reimbursement, increase surgeon usage.
