• Set metrics relating to daily, weekly, and monthly work as well as improvement of both process and cost based on Cost-Volume-Profit analysis. Held team accountable to hitting the metrics set forth. Worked with department heads on identifying and removing barriers through Lean Six Sigma practices.

•	Oversaw Day to Day Warehouse and Warehouse Service operations within the facility. Ensured streamlined operational flow within all aspects of the business.

Warehouse Manager

• Led and developed team of 600 flexible schedule, full time, reduced time permanent and seasonal Amazon Associates. Successfully launched the first Amazon Ultra-Fast Fresh building in Las Vegas.
• Planned and executed daily and weekly shift plans as interim site lead, improving yearly productivity by 110%. Executed weekly labor plans to combine mix of full and part time associates and rolled out T-3 days for shift drop for flexible time associates.
• Reviewed daily, weekly, and monthly performance compared to goals and generating action plans to improve quality and cost metrics.
• Designed monthly developmental programs that led directly to promotions for six associates, four assistant managers and one manager.
• Engaged in Kaizen and Lean initiatives to increase compliance, improve productivity and cost, and improve customer experience that led to the site being the second highest operational excellence scoring building in the Prime Now Network from December to February.
• Reduced customer shorts by 42.5% through a multi week quality improvement initiative. Utilized accurate data reporting, retrained team on stowing and receiving processes, deep dove issues that stemmed from the specialty produce process and empowered assistant managers to hold coaching conversation with Associates leading to reduction in deliveries with quality issues.
• Created a culture of safety through various training and onboarding material, providing coaching on unsafe acts, behaviors, and conditions, and removing safety barriers for associates contributing to the site having 0 OSHA recordables in 2019.

Retail Manager

• Led and developed team of 25-50 Amazon Associates, improving YOY overall productivity by 52% led by 14% stow and 25% each receive rates. Maintained connections scores over 4.3.
• Tested and successfully implemented standard & non-standard handoff WIP queues, driving fast start times down from 19 minutes to 16 minutes saving 1,800 hours of productivity during Peak 2018, a cost savings of $37,800.
• Identified and revamped out of date Stow TWI training material prior to peak 2018 allowing for successful onboarding and ramp of 20 new ISS temp associates. Added new material that addressed quality deficiencies, shifting focus on First Pass Yield metrics and emphasizing good stow behavior.
• Developed a high performing Seasonal Process Assistant to work independently and drive down Inbound First Pass Yield metrics in stow by 41% during Peak 2018.
• Served as Operations POC for Damage Processing Tool, rolling out the tool to the team, contributing to building being the lowest damage cost processing site in the TNS Western Region.

Each Receive/Stow Manager

• Led and developed team of 25-75 Amazon Associates through first LAS6 OB Peak. Assisted Pick SME with Pick logic planning for optimal pick path density. Maintained connections scores over 4.3.
• Successfully launched LAS6 Outbound department including overnight pack station testing and cage drop 5S.
• Created Pick PA and AM Standard Work Checklists, and Area Readiness Checklists.
• Implemented visual indicators for Pick Multi Relay Process, reducing Sortables units placed into wrong batches by 90%.
• Standardized Cage Changeover process, including creating a satellite pick drop zone and running time trials to ensure success, reducing wasted time in process by 42%.
• Optimized Pick Path settings, moving Rainbow Picks from Singles Pick Path to Pallet Singles Picks, contributing to a 7% overall productivity increase.
