• Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Credit Union’s strategic marketing and public relations plans.
• Provides oversight, direction, evaluation, and management to subordinates and/or vendors involved in the marketing and public relations campaigns, ensuring service objectives and Credit Union goals are attained.
• Manages all internal and external corporate communications for all delivery channels including annual report, press releases, blast emails, website, intranet, social media, radio and billboards.
• Oversees collection and evaluation of industry data, including technical, economic and other relevant statistics to increase market share, remain competitive, and recommend product/service modifications or improvements.
• Highly proficient in developing marketing materials including concept, copy write, design, and layout for brochures, websites, presentations, press releases, newsletters, posters, newspapers, and other related visual aids.
• Responsible for the coordination, planning, implementation of special events as required including the production of reports, facilities, and meeting logistics for such events. Plans special meetings as requested by Management, including ordering/arranging of meals.
• Directs all advertising and sales promotions from idea conception, development, production, training, result tracking, and rollout to staff and media ensuring all materials comply with State and Federal rules and regulations.
• Highly efficient in establishing marketing budgets to ensure short and long term financial and operational objectives are met; responsible for managing up to $900,000 annual marketing budget.
