-Intaking and processing outdoor gear consignments according to company guidelines -Working with cash registers and processing payments -Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems -Giving customers advice and recommending products -Cleaning, stocking, and organizing the store throughout the day

-Maintaining accurate membership records -Completing member requests and transactions -Mentoring other front desk staff on the proper process for membership information
